Ju Jitsu is one of the oldest martial arts there is. It incorporates many different styles of fighting to make an effective self defence, attack, or competition martial art.
Training Our club has something to offer everyone. The techniques we learn are suitable for all shapes and sizes and for both men and women. You do not have to be super fit to start with as the training builds up gradually.
Competition For those interested in competition, there is the opportunity to participate in inter-club competitions. Amongst these are the Christie Cup, in which we compete against clubs at Manchester and Leeds Universities, and the BBF nationals.
Travel We have regular trips to clubs in other European countries. In the past few years we have visited Brussels, Prague, Berlin, Riga and Budapest. |
